Who Is Jesus Christ?

A 60-Second Overview

Almost everyone knows who Jesus Christ is, but some people only know Him by name, or don’t know Him at all.  I cannot imagine living life not knowing who He is.  I grew up learning about Him in school, and then later, when I had the desire to develop a more personal relationship with Him, Jesus Christ became much more to me.  I turn to His example for everything that happens in my life…big or small.  When I fail, I go to Him for strength that I may be able to pick myself up again and be redeemed by Him through His Atonement.  He is my Saviour in so many ways. 

Having studied closely about His purpose for me and for everyone living, it saddens me to know that there are many that, for whatever the reasons, don’t have, or even desire to have a relationship with Jesus Christ.  It is He who has brought me hope and faith.  It is He who helps me to find joy in my journey.  He lifts me when I am down and blesses me with the things He knows I stand in need of.  He is my Mediator with my Father in Heaven, and every day I remember who I am, where I came from, and what my purpose here is.  He willingly suffered for me so that I can return and live with Him and my Heavenly Father.

I truly desire that all will find the joy that I have discovered through gaining a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  I do have a testimony of Him that has been built on faith and works.  Here is an animation that gives a short but poignant portrait of Jesus Christ and His relevance to each of us.  If you would like to learn more, click on the link below the video.
